    كما اقترح حذف الجملة "وقد أعرب عن بعض القلق من أن ادراج حكم يخضع له تسيير اجراءات التوفيق يمكن أن ينطوي على مفعول غير مقصود في دعوة الطرفين إلى الغاء الاتفاق على التسوية بادعاء حدوث معاملة غير منصفة"، لأنه من غير الضروري ارشاد الطرفين في هذا الخصوص.
